I've been using ImGlobal for quite a few years now. There was just one time I required their service, and let me tell ya, the reimbursement was a breeze.

What a terrible service from this company, and judging by the feedback, I ain't the only one!!! Emails went ignored, calls were left unanswered, and promises were just empty!!! Stay far away, it's cheap but totally not worth it. If I could rate it lower than one star, I surely would!!

I bought travel insurance since it was required for my trip. After I paid with my credit card, I couldn't get any documents downloaded, and the live chat feature was useless. I shot off a couple of emails, but they never replied. Had to go with another company for my insurance just to be able to travel. Finally got the documents from IMG three days after I got back home. No explanations, no apologies, nada. Clearly, I'm not getting a refund, so I've just thrown my money away. Seriously, steer clear of IMG. I really wish I had checked their reviews beforehand.

While I was in LA, I ended up with a rash and visited a doctor on October 6, 2021. The doc mentioned that IMG was handling the payment. Later, we got a call from the doctor saying the payment was reversed because it was labeled a 'preexisting' condition! Turns out, the place we stayed had to be fumigated for bed bugs, which caused the rash. At IMG's request, we sent over the invoice from the fumigation service as proof. They haven't replied to our last inquiry from November 2022, where they claimed these reviews take time. Since then, we’ve heard nothing and thought they had settled with the doctor since it seemed pretty straightforward. Now, in February 2023, we’ve received another overdue bill from the LA doctor, meaning IMG has dropped the ball on their responsibility to pay up. Just a heads up, steer clear of these folks!

International Medical Group (IMG) is a complete waste of time when it comes to travel insurance. Our flight for five was canceled from Buffalo, New York, on December 28, 2022, with less than a day's notice. We struggled to find another flight for the next four days. I submitted a claim for trip interruption, but it got denied. I expected IMG to handle it fairly, but instead, I received a lengthy email explaining their denial, citing various terms and conditions. It's honestly a joke. This company preys on unsuspecting travelers. I'm really let down. I wouldn't recommend IMG to anyone. Seriously, steer clear of their travel insurance.

The process was quick and simple, with awesome choices and prices. Definitely recommend the service!
